Set within a compact, L-shaped ground-floor unit at Raffles City, our design for Club 21’s shop area tackles the challenge of unifying two disconnected entrances. Two rotated gold mirror volumes are introduced, which act as both spatial anchors and visual attractors. The first volume cuts diagonally through the shop’s axis, drawing visitors inward and subtly guiding the circulation, while the second tilts toward the ground, creating a dynamic stage along the long shopfront that functions as part installation, part invitation.
These sculptural interventions are complemented by a restrained material palette of brushed steel, soft cream surfaces, and muted gold tones, establishing a calm, gallery-like backdrop that allows the boutique’s ever-evolving mix of fashion brands to remain in focus. Conceived as a dynamic playground of form, reflection, and shifting perspectives, the design encourages restless, experimental visitors to engage with the space and become an integral part of the retail experience.
