The act of adding is often an endeavour for growth or to achieve something greater. We approached this apartment at Seafront on Meyer considering how a great layout could be further developed to suit the owner’s aspirations.
Without reconfiguration to the original layout, new facades were introduced to affect the space. These new facades emerged through stacking and layering of soft and hard natural materials as the means in seeking elegance, spatial rigueur and contemporary opulence.
